We are a small family owned and operated business on the outskirts of Canberra producing ethically raised 100% grass fed lamb direct from our farm to the local public .
What's it all about?
Our aim is provide premium, ethically raised, prime lamb direct from our farm to the public.
We are breeders of Australian White Stud sheep, a shedding breed, developed in Australia purely for it's meat qualities. We also run a commercial flock of Dorper x Australian Whites and are invested in providing the highest quality product available for those concerned about where their food comes from.
Our lambs are 100% grass fed and hormone free enjoying a stress free life on our small farm on the outskirts of Canberra.
We don't use dogs in their management and they are moved by foot (our feet that is) around the property reducing stress to the animals.
When it comes time to leave the farm they are taken directly to our butcher to reduce the stress that most supermarket lamb experiences in long trips to saleyards and then abattoirs.
Grass fed lamb is preferred by many Australians and produces a healthier animal with less fat. So buying from us means that you are not only buying locally produced meat but meat that has had a happy healthy life which equates to tasty, tender meat.
